About our Program

Mindfulness is being taught and practiced in a growing number of organizations worldwide, including Google, 3M, Facebook and General Mills. Why? These organizations have found mindfulness improves a leader’s ability to initiate and meet change, significantly enhances emotional intelligence – the ability to relate to yourself, others and the community – reduces stress and provides a foundation for better decision making.

Just what is “Mindful Leadership”? Mindful Leadership is defined as having the ability to stay non-judgmental and in a moment-to-moment awareness. Also known as Leadership Presence, learning to stay present with what is happening internally and externally provides access to enhanced intuition, creativity, confidence and execution.

This experiential program examines the benefits of Mindful Leadership, provides practical tools to increase mindfulness and enhances awareness.
