Impacting Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder in the Workplace

Presented by: Jaime Murphy,  

Participants will assess their current workplace culture and benefits around mental health and substance use disorder.  The program will guide participants through suggestions and best practices for increasing awareness, stigma breakdown and resource navigation in support of positively impacting mental health and substance use care in their organization.  Each participant will identify at least one action item to start immediately impacting employee mental health and substance use, as well as leave with a checklist for next steps.
