The Center for Community Justice, in partnership with the Greather Elkhart Chamber of Commerce, will host a lunch and learn in which attedees will discuss:

• Conflict and its impact on leadership, management and workforce development
• Working with diverse conflict styles
• Partnering with Center for Community Justice to explore pathways to successful workplace relationships
