PART TWO -20 MINUTES

Mental Health for HR

Kelly Pallanti, SHRM-SCP & Mental Health at Work Ally, Mental Health at Work Consultant, Mentally Fit Workplaces

Kelly is one of the many HR Pros who was chronically stressed, anxious, and exhausted during the pandemic- all which contributed to her poor mental health. Burn-out was inevitable, not only due to the lack of focus on her own wellbeing, but also because of the struggle to provide mental health solutions for those employees who needed them most.  After over 20 years of sitting in the HR role and consulting for HR departments, Kelly knew there had to be a better way to support mental health at work that supports employee wellbeing while also creating mentally safe workspaces.  In 2021 she created Mentally Fit Workplaces and dedicated her career to helping organizations care for the total health of their workers- that includes mental health!
