Being an HR PRO: Building Your Toolkit

A 3-part series to increase your self-awareness, influence, and impact!

A partnership between Michiana SHRM & The Think.Lead.Live. Group

This 3-month development experience will focus on the tools, ideas, and strategies on how to be an HR PRO as you work to impact those people and organizations around you!

Led by Dustin Kaehr, the three sessions will build on the foundation of better understanding yourself, what makes you tick, how are you wired, and how to communicate effectively to those in your sphere of influence.

Pulling on over 20 years of experience dealing with people and teams, Dustin creates sessions that are highly entertaining, engaging, and challenging.

GutCheck Leadership - "A pause to assess past, present, and future direction"

Session One:

Together we will learn how to:

  • Identify the four areas that require clarity and focus before you show up for others.
  • Begin to put words to those areas of your life and work that are most important.
  • Discover your personal Core Values and how they impact every decision you make.
