Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its Influence on HR

Presented by: Jeremy York, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Lead Consultant and President

The future of HR is AI-powered. Human resources departments are turning to AI to automate tasks, provide insights, and enhance the employee experience. AI and machine learning are transforming HR as we know it. Rather than focusing on repetitive administrative duties, HR professionals can now utilize AI to get strategic insights and predict future needs. AI takes care of the busywork while providing data-driven recommendations. Companies that embrace an AI-powered HR department will gain significant competitive advantages in recruiting, productivity, and innovation.

In this presentation, participants will:

·  Define Artificial Intelligence (AI).

·  Discuss AI and its interface with HR applications.

·  Discuss steps to get started with AI.
